Dr Thierry Manos

Dr Thierry Manos is a gastroenterologist specialising in interventional endoscopy, with a particular focus on bariatric endoscopy. He played a leading role in the development of the endosleeve, a minimally invasive gastric banding technique that has been used to reduce stomach volume by 70%. He performs more than 100 such procedures a year and is recognised as a world leader in treating complications associated with various types of bariatric surgery. His work has led to numerous publications in international journals, and he has taken part in various French and international conferences, giving live demonstrations.
