Prof. Fabian RECHE, MD, FASMBS

A physician graduated in Argentina, Spain, and France, Prof. RECHE was trained in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the prestigious University Hospitals of Strasbourg. He is an associate clinician-researcher at the TIMC-CNRS Laboratory, an associate professor at the University Grenoble Alpes, and a staff surgeon at the CHU Grenoble Alpes. He is an authority in robotic surgery, laparoscopy, and new technologies. A fellow of renowned scientific societies such as the American ASMBS and the IFSO, he sits on the board of directors of SOFFCOMM and presided over their prestigious congress in 2023. A prolific author with more than 80 publications (1176 citations on Google Scholar), a renowned speaker with over 200 international conferences, Prof. RECHE brings his cutting-edge expertise to the service of obesity management as the surgical head of the CSO Grenoble in France.
