Important guidance and information from official sources.
Be careful not to include these items, as they can cause your S2 dossier to be rejected or delayed.
Only include if directly relevant to the current treatment. Old discharge summaries without immediate clinical connection will be flagged.
Do not include clinic promotional materials, brochures, or marketing content. Focus only on medical and administrative documents.
Never include internal cost projections or financial simulations. Only official, pre-treatment medical quotes are accepted.
Do not submit signed care agreements or contracts. These may be interpreted as pre-commitment before S2 approval.
Only pre-treatment quotes are accepted. Post-treatment invoices or payment receipts will cause delays or rejection.
Clinical documents must be dated within the last 6 months. Older records may be rejected as they do not reflect current health status.
